Shipping Policy

This document is a draft Shipping Policy for review only and should be updated with your specific shipping practices before being published.

Shipping cost and destinations

We offer free U.S. shipping for our Halloween Ghost Dumplings collection. [Confirm eligible U.S. areas, including Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes; list any exclusions.] Other destinations are available only if offered at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Estimated delivery: 7–10 [business/calendar] days [from order placement/after dispatch].

[State processing time here if it is not included in the estimate.]

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please allow enough time when ordering for a specific event, including Halloween.

Delays

If we cannot ship within our stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate and offer the option to cancel for a refund as required by applicable law.

Address changes and delivery questions

Check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need a correction or have a delayed or missing order, email nestinginmotherhood@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
